Reset

Identify and remove the triggers.

The Reset phase focuses on reducing the burden placed on the digestive and immune systems by eliminating factors that drive inflammation, irritation, and dysfunction. That means processed foods, excess sugar, gluten, dairy, alcohol, and inflammatory oils. It also means identifying gut infections like candida, parasites, H. pylori, and SIBO. We use functional testing to find the specific triggers, then build an elimination or anti-inflammatory nutrition plan around what your labs actually show.

What to expect

An elimination or anti-inflammatory nutrition plan, hydration and blood sugar stabilization, stress management practices, initial detoxification support, and functional testing to identify root causes. Restore

Rebuild digestive function and nutrient absorption.

This phase restores your body's foundational digestive capacity so nutrients can be properly broken down, absorbed, and utilized. We focus on stomach acid balance, pancreatic enzyme support, gallbladder and liver function, and micronutrient replenishment. If your body can't break down and absorb what you eat, no amount of clean eating will fix the problem.

What to expect

We use targeted nutrients including L-glutamine, zinc carnosine, omega-3 fatty acids, collagen, amino acids, and antioxidant compounds to rebuild mucosal integrity and support cellular recovery.
